She laid the tray over his lap and as she did, she looked into his eyes.

Her face was so close to his. He moved his gaze from her eyes to her lips. What would he give to kiss her? He leaned a little and she met him. Her mouth a soft merge on his, Ryder breathed her in, the scent of her skin, the satin texture against his nose and chin. He lingered in the gentle kiss as long as he could and then he drew away.
